As an out of network provider, I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, many plans provide out of network coverage. You will be provided with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Check with your provider to find out what benefits are available to you.

Services provided are HSA and FSA eligible. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

Unfortunately, due to federal restrictions, we are unable to provide physical therapy services to traditional Medicare patients.

When coming for physical therapy, your first visit will be a new patient Evaluation. At this visit, we will thoroughly discuss your past medical history, along with your current concerns. We will perform a variety of tests to assess mobility, strength, and function. We will then develop a personalized plan to get you feeling better and achieve your personal goals.

Follow up visits usually including a combination of education, manual therapy, and instruction for your home program. Because each patient is unique, these sessions will be catered to your exact needs.

As a cash-based practice, therapy is based on your needs and not on insurance limits or restrictions. All therapy sessions are one-on-one and combine expert clinical guidance with hands-on treatment.
